Tafraout & Mirleft (apr'06)

In Easter 2006 I spent some days in the south of Morocco again; a pretty perfect trip, with some days in the mountains and some on the coast; here some sights around Tafraout, in the Moroccan anti-Atlas:

In July '05 I travelled fom Nouakchott to Dakar thru Mauritania, Senegal & The Gambia.
Starting with Mauritania:


From Nouakchott I went north thru Ten Alloul, a fishing village in Banc d'Arguin...

Marrakesh is only 4 hours away from Rabat by train so I spend here the weekends from time to time; there's lot to see & a lot to do at night...

Eternal Place Djemma el-Fna at dusk and more...

skiing in Morocco?

Yes, it is possible! 1h 20min drive from Marrakesh you get to Oukaïmeden where you can ski in January & February.
